Introduction
"Bunwon", the home of Joseon white porcelain adjacent to Lake
Paldang, developed dishes using crucian carp and hosts the Steamed Crucian Carp
Festival in mid April every year.
About 30 restaurants specializing in steamed crucian carp are
located around Lake Paldang, Bunwon-Ri. There is a 20% discount during the
festival.
Along with savory steamed crucian carp, you can visit the
Bunwon White Porcelain Center and Face Museum and enjoy driving along fantastic
road lined with cherry blossoms.

By car
- Gyeongan IC on Jungbu Expressway -> To
Toecheon/Yangpyeong -> Toechon-myeon Crossroad
- (Log House) -> Enter into Namjong-myeon and go for 5 minutes.
By public transportation
- East Seoul: Take bus No. 13-2.
Get off in Toecheon-myeon and get on the shuttle bus to Namjong.
