Those who need a certificate of their seal shall first register the seal with the relevant offices (Eup, Myeon or Dong Office) of their residence areas.
Documents required
Seal registration (change) form, one copy
Seal to be registered for seal (seal paper attachment available for registration in writing), one copy
Residence report in Korea for Koreans with Foreign Nationalities, Foreigner registration card, one copy
Legal representative and seal of guarantor for registration in writing, one copy.

Municipal, Gun and Gu office in the relevant residence district
